Philly Fish Pie

This serves 4 or two very hungry girls with a massive left over portion for later in the week.

You need:
200g of your choice of philly ( I went for half extra light and half garlic and herb)
120g prawns
1 Onion
1 clove of garlic
500g of mixed fish of your choice
600- 750g potatoes (depending on how big your oven proof dish is)
70 ml of milk (or until your sauce is at the right consistency)
1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
As much Grated cheese as you want

-Put your spuds on to boil

-Finely chop your onion and garlic

-Slowly fry the onion and garlic til they are soft

-Add in your fish (but not the prawns) and mixed herbs and cook on a low heat until the fish is nearly cooked through.

-Add in the philly and stir until it starts to melt. Then add your prawns.

-Add your milk in and stir til you get a nice creamy consistency.

-When the spuds are soft mash them adding a splash of milk and a knob of butter.

-Pour your fish pie filling into your oven proof dish.

-Add your mash on top and using a folk start to fork it out so it is nice and even.

- Sprinkle your grated cheese on top and bake in an oven around 180c (if a fan assisted oven) for 35-40 minutes.

-Serve and enjoy! : )
